We make every effort to ensure that your purchases from Birdcage Hats meet your expectations, and we are readily available to assist you at email@example.com. Nevertheless, if you find that the item you received doesn't meet your satisfaction, you have the option to return it. Our return policy is subject to two conditions:
Birdcage Hats retains the right to decline returned goods that do not adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the return policy. Should this occur, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to arrange the return shipment at your own cost if you wish. Alternatively, Birdcage Hats will proceed with the items as-is without issuing a refund.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “RETURN REQUEST.” Include the name/code of your order and specify the items you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with a return address. Please refrain from shipping items back without prior notice, as this may result in your purchase not being refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience, but as a small company, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To return a product, please follow these steps carefully:
